Our mission is to transform ordinary vacation rentals into extraordinary adventures. Through the Storieshaven Guild of Realms, guests step into themed worlds powered by interactive Story Kits, immersive puzzles, and evolving narratives.
When guests check into a Storieshaven Realm, they become characters in their own story… earning Character Levels and Karma Points that carry across every Realm they visit. Each choice, each act of creativity, shapes their personal legend.
The Storieshaven Guild of Realms
The Guild of Realms is a growing network of Airbnb and short-term rental hosts who partner with us to bring storytelling to life.
Each host, known as a Realm-Host, transforms their property into a Realm… a themed destination inspired by the Akasha Realm Universe, Storieshaven Universe, and/or any other story (that doesn’t infringe on copyright).
Guests explore these Realms like chapters in a living book, choosing their paths and uncovering secrets along the way.
No two stays are ever the same. Each visit reveals new outcomes, side quests, and moral choices that influence the characters ongoing journey through Storieshaven.

How It Works
- Hosts Join the Guild:
Airbnb and short-term rental owners apply to become Realm-Hosts.
We help them theme their properties, integrate story elements, and launch their first Story Kit experience. - Guests Live the Story:
Guests book a Storieshaven Realm and receive a Welcome Kit, upon check-in they receive a Story Kit filled with clues, choices, and creative challenges.
As they explore, they earn Character Levels and Karma Points tied to their real-world adventures. - We Power the Experience:
Storieshaven manages the lore, branding, and storytelling framework… ensuring every Realm connects to the wider universe. - Realm-Hosts Reset:
Hosts make sure to record any necessary notes, and reset the Realm for the next guests.

Founded by J.J. Hartly, author and creator of the Akasha Realm Universe, and his wife Jenn, Storieshaven began as an idea to merge interactive fiction and reality… to make stories you can step inside.
